Cancellation Policy

Dear customers

Firstly, we would like to thank all our clients for being supportive and loyal throughout the years We truly appreciate you.

Due to our high demand for appointments and a large quantity of no shows and cancellations, we are now having to put a cancellation policy in place.

We strive to render excellent care to you and the rest of our clients. Your care and treatment is a priority to us. We also ask that you respect your specialists and expertise as well.

In an attempt to be consistent with this pure hair, beauty & aesthetics are now having to put a cancellation policy in place.

We request that you give a notice of no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, in the event that you cannot make it.

If the client misses an appointment without contacting us this will be considered as a missed or no-show appointment. Additionally if a client is more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, it will be considered as a no show and that appointment will be rescheduled.

We do allow appointments to be rearranged as long as we are notified within 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment with out loosing your deposit.

All deposits will be deducted from your total balance at the end of your appointment.

Consultation £30

For services under £30, a deposit of £10

For services up to £100, a deposit of £30

For services over £100, a deposit of £50
